The hotel's room size was quite big, but waiting time was long, and there was no welcome drink, not meeting the typical 5-star standard. The service from the Assistant was inclined towards providing services, with poor communication skills. The location, within a reasonable distance to the Golden Temple, was convenient but not very clean. The dining experience was not up to the mark, despite in-room dining being available. The hotel has various essential facilities.
My two-day stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I stayed in, number 504, was spacious and well-presented, but unfortunately, it had a strong unpleasant smell that was not resolved despite requesting a room change. On the bright side, the location of the hotel was excellent, right in the city center and close to popular spots. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being friendly and helpful while others lacked good communication skills. The dining experience was decent but could use improvement to match the hotel's standards.
The stay at Radisson Amritsar had its ups and downs. Despite encountering bed bugs in the room and a persistent unpleasant odor that was not addressed after informing the staff, the service received, from the doorman to the Assistant, was very cooperative and helpful. The location offered easy access to various parts of the city, but there were some issues with cleanliness and forgetfulness within the housekeeping department. The dining experience was not memorable overall, except for the friendly HM Interns and a decent taste of South Indian food. The facilities at the hotel were satisfactory but not exceptional.

The location is good, with easy access to major city areas and tourist spots. The dining experience needs enhancement in variety and quality. Overall, the hotel has room for improvement in several aspects but offers decent value for money.
I felt right at home during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious, the staff was friendly, and the food quality was excellent. The breakfast spread was good, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
